Prediction Markets Could Reach $1 Trillion a Year by 2030. Winners Inc. (OTC: WNRS) Is a Small Public Company Already Building for Them

RENO, Nev., Oct. 16, 2026 -- Market News Commentary - Prediction markets have outgrown the niche they started in. The sector traded roughly $51 billion in 2025, and Bernstein expects about $240 billion in 2026 and as much as $1 trillion a year by 2030, figures reported in a Sept. 1, 2026 GlobeNewswire release. Kalshi and Polymarket, the two largest platforms, had passed $60 billion in combined volume by the start of 2026. What began with elections and sports now covers crypto, interest rates, inflation and economic data. Public companies active in the space include Winners Inc. (OTC: WNRS), DraftKings Inc. (NASDAQ: DKNG), Flutter Entertainment (NYSE: FLUT), Robinhood Markets (NASDAQ: HOOD) and Trump Media & Technology Group (NASDAQ: DJT).

The forecast rests on an implied growth rate of about 80% a year through the end of the decade. If it holds, the companies that supply exchange access, trading software and liquidity to these markets will be working in a far larger business than the one that exists today.

Key market takeaways:

Sector figures as reported in the Sept. 1, 2026 release above; Winners Inc. has not verified them independently.

Winners Inc. (OTC: WNRS) Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire VaulterX, a Live Trading-Card Marketplace

On Oct. 15, 2026, Winners Inc. announced a non-binding letter of intent to acquire 100% of VaulterX's platform, assets and intellectual property in a cash-and-stock transaction. VaulterX is a live marketplace where collectors open sealed Pokémon and sports-card packs on stream, have the hits authenticated and vaulted, and then resell them on the marketplace or have them shipped. The letter sets a 60-day due-diligence period, after which the two sides would need a definitive agreement and board approvals before anything closes.

"We believe VaulterX addresses the $13 billion trading card market's biggest friction point," said B. Michael Friedman, Founder and CEO of Winners Inc., in the release. "If completed, this acquisition would accelerate our strategy to become a leader in live collectibles commerce."

The company describes the deal as a way to add vaulted inventory, where each digital card is paired with a physical one, to the live-commerce model that Whatnot has popularised and that Coinbase and Fanatics Live are now entering. There is no assurance a definitive agreement will be signed or that the acquisition will be completed.

A Public Company Already Live in Prediction Markets

Winners Inc. is a public company that builds products for sports, gaming and collectibles. Its subsidiary, Moneyline Sports, makes the tools that sports fans and prediction-market traders use:

The company completed its acquisition of Moneyline Sports on Jan. 13, 2026. Its management includes Friedman, who spent more than 20 years as a venture fund manager and capital markets trader after starting at Bear Stearns; Wayne Allyn Root, Co-founder and Chairman; and Michael Handelman, CFO, formerly CFO of the LA Kings.

How to Buy Winners Inc. Stock (OTC: WNRS)

Winners Inc. is already public. Its common stock trades on OTC Markets under the symbol WNRS, and you buy it the same way you buy any other stock, through a brokerage account. Nothing is bought on this page, and the company does not receive the proceeds of open-market purchases; you are buying from another shareholder.

  1. 1
Open your brokerage app. The one you already use is fine, as long as it trades OTC stocks. Fidelity, Charles Schwab, E*TRADE, Interactive Brokers, Firstrade and Webull all do. Some app-only brokers don't, so check yours before you fund an account.
  2. 2
Search for WNRS. It shows up as Winners Inc. Check the name, because similar symbols exist.
  3. 3
Choose a number of shares and place the order. Shares like this trade in smaller volumes, so a limit order lets you set the price you'll pay. Some brokers add a fee for OTC orders; the broker's fee page has the number.

Clicking a broker copies WNRS to your clipboard and opens that broker's site. Winners Inc. has no relationship with any of these firms and receives nothing when you use one.

Read This Before You Buy

Winners Inc. is a small, early-stage company. Its shares trade over the counter in low volumes, the price can move a lot in a day, and you could lose everything you put in. Nothing on this page predicts a price, and a letter of intent is not a completed deal. Read the company's filings on OTC Markets and EDGAR, and talk to a financial adviser before you decide.
